Purchase network support with pre-paid blocks of hours.  For example buy,

• 50 hour blocks
• 100 hour blocks
• 200 hour blocks

These hours do not expire and can carry over to be used at a future date. As with all of our support contracts, customers are entitled to MicroWorks’ regular, senior and emergency support.

Emergency support is available on a 7/24/365 basis.
