MicroWorks will perform regular preventative maintenance on your network. This includes:

• Review backup logs
• Review critical server logs
• Review overall server health (performance issues)
• Confirm that all services are running
• Confirm virus definition updates are applied
• Review and monitor hardware through system logs and/or vendor utility
• Monitor disk space usage
• Check DNS, DHCP and WINS databases and logs
• Review log files to confirm Windows Updates are downloading and installing correctly
• Run DCDIAG on all domain controllers to monitor health of Active Directory
• Check Disk fragmentation
• Perform a test restore of sample mailbox data and other critical files and data
• Monitor status of UPS
• Review status of firewall and switch; apply software updates as required
• Provide summary report detailing network performance, failures, warnings, spam and virus filtering results, security issues and backup issues
• Meetings to review server performance report and discuss any issues
