MicroWorks has an immediate opportunity for a Microsoft Certified Technical Consultant to design, implement and support IT infrastructure solutions.

Job Duties

You will have a role during the complete project lifecycle from needs analysis, to proposal writing, system implementation and final acceptance.

You will design and integrate network solutions involving Microsoft and other leading manufacturers of software and hardware.

You should enjoy sharing knowledge and providing technical support to our other technical staff and to our customers.

You will contribute to best practices for project delivery and system operations and support.

Responsibilities

Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and implement systems;
Provide expertise related to Microsoft and related technologies;
Collaborate with the other business units at MicroWorks.

Job Skills

Qualifications

5+ years experience with IT systems design, implementation, and operations.
Strong skills with Microsoft server technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
Microsoft Advanced Certification (MCITP or MCSE) or equivalent
University Degree preferably in Computer Science or related discipline

Other desirable skills

Microsoft CRM, SharePoint, and SQL
Virtualization Experience (VMWare or Hyper-V)
Cisco CCNA or relevant experience
