Jill has been working in the knowledge management area for more than two decades. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Masters of Library and Information Science, and a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science. She leads MicroWorks’ knowledge management practice. Jill has expertise in information management and document management systems; strategic planning; business analysis; needs assessments; Web development; virtual libraries and enterprise search. She has guided numerous organizations through Microsoft SharePoint deployments, ensuring that the solution meets the knowledge management goals of the organization.
